1 Rubber spatula for scraping down the sides of the blender
Ingredients
1cupof cottage cheese
2tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
2tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1tablespoon almond butter
pinchof salt
Fresh fruitsstrawberries, bananas, or apple slices
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients: Gather all the ingredients and set up your blender or food processor.
Blend the base: Add the cottage cheese, unsweetened cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and almond butter (if using) to the blender.
Blend until smooth: Blend on high for 1-2 minutes, or until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure everything is well incorporated.
Taste and adjust: Taste the dip and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup. If it's too thick, you can add a splash of milk or water to reach your desired consistency.
Chill (optional): For a thicker consistency, you can refrigerate the dip for 20-30 minutes before serving, but it's also delicious right away!
Serve: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve with fresh fruits or your favorite dippers.

Notes
Texture Adjustments: For a creamier texture, feel free to substitute Greek yogurt for some of the cottage cheese or add more almond butter.
Sweetness: Adjust the sweetness to your preference by increasing or decreasing the honey/maple syrup.
Cocoa Intensity: Use dark cocoa powder for a richer chocolate flavor, or add a dash of cinnamon for a warm spice twist.
Storing Leftovers: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
